Solution Information
Newbody Fitness tailor-made gym solutions to fulfill the client’s needs in terms of equipment type, quality and price. Since 2014 Newbody Fitness has designed and supplied several gyms to new-build hospital sites across the North West.
Objectives
NHS SBS needed the expertise of an experienced gym provider to deliver complete gym solutions to a number of new-build NHS hospital sites. They chose Newbody Fitness to design and provide innovative fitness suites on-time and within budget.
Gym Design & Planning
It was critical to maximize the use of the available space to enable patients and staff to get a complete cardio and strength workout from a small number of machines
Selection of Fitness Equipment
As the independent fitness equipment provider, Newbody Fitness was able to select the optimum range of equipment to suit the client’s requirements and budget; this meant that the choice of brands varied from site to site depending on the budget.
The brands supplied included cardio equipment from Life Fitness and Spirit Fitness, and Impulse strength equipment and Jordan free-weights. Flooring and safety mirrors were also installed where needed.
