Newbody Fitness was briefed to design the layout of the new gym and provide an inspiring facility that would challenge students and help them achieve sporting excellence. As part of the facilities of a fee-paying school it was also important to provide the school with a USP.
Gym Design & Planning
In addition to designing the optimum equipment layout, Newbody Fitness was also tasked with moving the existing equipment into a temporary facility and the smooth transition of the final move into the brand new facility with minimal disruption to the school’s activities.
It was also critical to maximize the use of the available space to enable a large class of students to use the gym but also provide a multi-purpose zone.
Selection of Fitness Equipment
The School was able to choose from a selection of the best brands available, whilst incorporating the latest equipment technology into the gym; the Life Fitness Discover and Activate ranges were chosen, along with Optima weights machines.
